It’s pouring outside, and I am so glad I had Jordan from Castle Roofing come out. I had had a beautiful metal roof installed several years ago – apparently not very well, and it was leaking – a LOT. Jordan came out with a quote, and did the work as soon as possible after the rain. Some leaks were hiding however – he came out right away to assess and get the other leaks, no additional charge. My house is DRY. I found Jordan and Courtney to be personable, responsible and professional. I would recommend them without reservation.

“In October 2012, I called Castle Roofing to provide me an estimate for the roof on my daughter’s home. The roof system Jordan recommended sounded very interesting. He provided me with a small example of what would eventually be provided. One of the best ideas, because of the condition of the existing roof, was that nothing had to be removed first. After I was quoted a price, I checked two other companies. They provided me with estimates that were a little more than Castle but they all wanted to first remove the old roof before putting on the new one. No one offered anything like what my daughter eventually received. I then checked with the Registrar of Contractors and the Rosie-On-The-House webpage. I went with Castle. The roof crew was neat, friendly, and professional.

In July, 2013, after getting two estimates, I then asked Castle to provide an estimate on re-doing my own house. Jordan came several times and spent several hours studying the roof. He then called and met with the creator of the paint he wanted to use to top off my roof. The gentleman came to the house and walked the roof. After hearing what Jordan and the paint expert proposed, we decided to go with Castle again.

In August, 2013 I recommended Castle to my brother-in-law, who had just moved to Arizona and bought a home. The inspection report for the home outlined work needed to repair the roof. Castle provided the needed work for a reasonable cost.

I am personally knowledgeable of three jobs that Castle Roofing did for my family. Probably, next to the professional job they did, I was most impressed with the neatness, esprit and friendly attitude of Jordan’s crew. Incidentally, many of the crew worked on all three houses. I have recommended Castle Roofing to others and will continue to do so.
